These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Prime Field Agro Limited website and form the basis of our trading relationship. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Trade Terms

All sales are quoted and conducted on CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed on receipt of a 30% advance deposit.
• 40% is payable against the Bill of Lading once goods are shipped.
• The remaining 30% is payable on delivery.
• Payment is by TT/MT103 wire transfer to our official company account, or cash at our Nairobi office. We do not accept payment to any other account.

Lead Time & Delivery

Indicative lead time is 25–28 working days from confirmed payment to shipment readiness. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Quality & Inspection

Goods are supplied to the agreed specification and graded prior to shipment. Buyers are welcome to inspect goods at our warehouse before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
