Consistent quality is the foundation of a lasting export relationship. Every lot we ship passes through a structured quality-control process before it's cleared for loading.
Sourcing to a baseline
Quality control begins at sourcing. We buy from farms and cooperatives whose produce already meets our baseline grade, rather than trying to fix quality later.
Sampling & grading
Each lot is sampled and graded against the agreed specification — assessing size, colour, moisture content and defect levels. Commodities like coffee and beans are evaluated lot by lot so what you order is what you receive.
Cleaning & sorting
Produce is cleaned and sorted to remove foreign matter and ensure uniformity. Where required for the commodity or destination, fumigation is carried out to meet import standards.
Laboratory verification
Representative samples are lab-tested for moisture, purity and safety, with results documented per shipment. This is what allows us to certify, with confidence, that a lot meets specification.
Final inspection & loading
A final inspection precedes container stuffing and sealing, after which the full export documentation is issued. The result is a shipment that matches your sample and your contract.
- Graded against an agreed, written specification.
- Moisture and purity verified by laboratory testing.
- Documented per shipment for full traceability.
