Exporting shouldn't feel like a black box. Here is exactly how an order flows through Prime Field Agro Limited, from your first enquiry to delivery.

1. Enquiry & quotation

It starts with your requirements — product, grade, quantity and destination port. We respond within one business day with an all-in CIF quotation and, where helpful, samples.

2. Order confirmation

Once terms are agreed, the order is confirmed with a 30% advance deposit. This secures your allocation and lets us begin sourcing and processing.

3. Sourcing, grading & packaging

We source from trusted farms and cooperatives, then grade, clean, sort and lab-verify each lot against your specification before packing it in export-grade materials suited to the commodity and destination climate.

4. Documentation

We prepare the full export documentation set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificates — so your cargo clears customs smoothly.

5. Shipping & the Bill of Lading

Goods are loaded and shipped from the Port of Mombasa. At this point 40% is payable against the Bill of Lading, and marine insurance covers the voyage under our CIF terms.

6. Delivery & final payment

Your container arrives at the destination port you nominated. The remaining 30% is settled on delivery, completing the transaction.

Indicative lead time is 25–28 working days from confirmed payment to shipment readiness. Payment is by TT/MT103 wire to our official company account, or cash at our Nairobi office.
